About Me

For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated with health, healing, and the deeper question of why some people thrive while others struggle. I taught fitness classes and worked as a health coach in my early twenties while earning a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, long before health coaching was even a thing. I went on to earn a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, which led me into community clinical practice, where I spent over two decades focused on chronic disease and diabetes management.

Over the years, I've found myself drawn to people who question the completeness of the standard-of-care model and seek natural approaches beyond medications. I began asking similar questions as I watched patients cycle through prescriptions without ever getting better.

Then in 2015, things got personal when I was told I was prediabetic. I knew the playbook better than most and had been eating and doing all the healthy things. It felt like a failing grade that I refused to accept and I didn’t fill the metformin prescription I was given. Instead, I went looking for answers.

What I found was a deeper understanding of circadian health and the role our environment plays in metabolism. Everything suddenly started making sense after years of dieting and struggling with my weight. I put what I learned to the test and reversed that prediabetes diagnosis within three months.

Today, I teach the same integrative approach I used with the women I work with. We focus on simple, but key environmental signals such as light, dark, water, food, sleep, timing, stress, and even emotion processing.

My work is grounded in the belief that vitality is about more than metrics, lab values, or the absence of disease. Nature, rhythm, connection, nourishment, and spiritual practice have all been important teachers in my own life and continue to shape how I live, work, and show up for others.

“Vitality is the capacity to participate fully in life. It’s having the energy to do what you want, the resilience to adapt when life feels hard, and the freedom to grow, learn, contribute, and connect with people and experiences that matter most.”
